TAF may process:

• information submitted through the contact form;
• information sent by email;
• information voluntarily provided during prospective funder or partner conversations;
• donation-related information, where applicable.

Payment-card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by TAF.

• To manage working relationships.
• To process and document donations, where applicable.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.
• To send optional communications — only where you have chosen to receive them.

Depending on the purpose, we rely on taking steps at your request, our legitimate interest in responding to and managing relationships, legal obligations, or — for optional communications — your consent.

Ordinary contact enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction unless a working relationship develops. Where a funder, partner, donor or other formal relationship develops, information may be retained for the period required by the relevant relationship, TAF's controlled record-retention framework or applicable law.

TAF may use necessary service providers such as hosting, email, website and payment providers. Information is not sold. Information is shared with other parties only where necessary for the relevant purpose, legally required, or appropriately authorised.
