Territory Allies Fund is a Barcelona-based nonprofit association connecting community-led conservation in Latin America with aligned capital.
We act as the connective tissue between community needs, specialist partners, and the funders who want to support them — responsibly, transparently, and without taking control away from the people on the ground.
Where we are
Early, on purpose.
Our first portfolio is small and deliberately relationship-led — communities across Ecuador that we already accompany through genuine, pre-existing ties, not cold outreach.
The Pilot's job is to prove one thing: that capital can be sequenced around what a community actually needs, rather than around generic project categories. Where this is heading — a broader way of helping capital find the right territory at the right moment — is a larger ambition we hold openly, and we're careful about the difference between what we do today and where we're going.

Territory Allies Fund is a non-profit association (asociación sin ánimo de lucro) constituted in Barcelona under Catalan association law (Book Three of the Civil Code of Catalonia) and registered with the Registry of Associations of the Generalitat de Catalunya under no. X-XXXXXXX-X (to be received). It is pursuing public-interest (utilidad pública) recognition.
Governance runs through a General Assembly and a Board (the founding team). The bylaws codify the controls the model depends on, and annual accounts are approved by the Assembly each year.
